(2) Notice resistances and old sensations that your unconscious brings
up. These are your unconscious reminding you of what you previously
installed for you to decide if you really want to let this old one go.
It is your body saying "Are you sure?". Just say "yes. Let this go."

It is Who You Are Being that is creating right now.
